How is payment handled?
For a purchase, through a licensed escrow service, such as Escrow.com. Your payment is held securely and only released to us once the domain is in your account, which protects both sides. With repayment options, the domain is held until the final instalment is paid. Lease payments are set out in the lease agreement.
How long does the transfer take?
We start as soon as payment is secured in escrow. Moving a domain to your registrar usually completes within a few days, depending on the registrars involved. A recently registered domain can be moved between accounts at the same registrar straight away, but registry rules may delay a move to a different registrar for up to 60 days.
Does the sale include a trademark?
No. The sale is for the domain name only. Other businesses use similar names, so as with any brand name, we recommend checking trademarks in your market before you commit.
Does this site store my details?
No. The enquiry form doesn’t send or save anything. It simply prepares an email in your own email app, so you can read it over before sending it to hello@a2egroup.com.
